[Ii] - Bounded on the East by nine chains and seventy-five links southerly along Reid Street from its angle with Frances Street; thence by a curved line along the Mount Adelaide Reserve; on the South by one chain and forty-two links westerly along Adelaide Street; on the West by fifteen chains and twenty-two links northerly along Scott Street to Frances Street aforesaid; and thence on the North by ten chains and twenty-two links easterly along that street to the point of commencement - 11 acres.
